Job summary

Gloucestershire Health and Care NHS Foundation Trust is recruiting a CAMHS High Intensity CBT Therapist (Band 7) to manage a caseload of young people in Gloucestershire. The role is full-time/permanent with 37.5 hours weekly, across Evergreen House Cheltenham and Acorn House Gloucester.

You will be BABCP accredited, delivering child and adolescent CBT with a multi-disciplinary team and access to supervision, CPD, and flexible working opportunities. NHS pension and annual leave are included.

Qualifications

• BABCP Accredited Child and Adolescent CBT Psychotherapist required.
• Postgraduate Diploma in High Intensity IAPT or CYPIAPT mandatory.
• Professional registration with BABCP/BPS/NMC on commencement.

Responsibilities

• Hold an autonomous caseload with care coordination responsibilities.
• Support service operational policy and ensure high quality, evidence-based interventions.
• Utilise a range of creative CBT approaches to suit diverse ages and presentations.
• Contribute to quality improvement and participate in supervision and CPD.
