North London NHS Foundation Trust (NLFT) is seeking a highly experienced clinician to join the Clinical Intake Team within CAMHS. The role involves screening referrals, conducting assessments, planning and delivering evidence-based care to a highly complex caseload in collaboration with a multi-disciplinary team.

You will provide clinical supervision, contribute to governance and data collection, and work with schools, GPs, and local authorities to ensure timely access to appropriate services.

Formación

• Minimum degree level with a postgraduate degree or Master’s level qualification.
• Registration with HCPC or equivalent professional body (Clinical Psychologist, Educational Psychologist, etc.).
• Experience in clinical service delivery with high complexity and risk.
• Experience working with internal and external stakeholders.

Responsabilidades

• Undertake clinical assessments of service users and offer skilled treatment or therapy using evidence-based modalities.
• Manage a highly complex caseload including risk management and clinical governance.
• Provide clinical supervision to trainees and less experienced practitioners.
• Offer consultation to external agencies (GPs, schools, Local Authorities).
• Ensure standardized assessments are completed and data collected as per protocol.
• Formulate specialized programmes for psycho-social difficulties using evidence of efficacy.
