Job summary

NELFT NHS Foundation Trust, serving West Essex including Harlow, is seeking an experienced clinician for the SET CAMHS West team. You will support development and implementation of NICE interventions, oversee clinical work, and share oversight across the service.

Registration with HCPC/NCM or UKCP/BABCP/AFT/SWE is required, with accreditation preferred. The role involves assessing and treating young people with complex mental health needs, supervising staff, and collaborating across education,

Qualifications

• Professional registration/Accreditation is required.
• Experience with children and young people with mental health disorders preferred.
• Ability to provide supervision and develop staff.

Responsibilities

• Provide NICE concordant therapeutic interventions for children and young people.
• Deliver assessment, treatment and outcome measurement.
• Offer line and clinical supervision to staff and contribute to service development.
