Job summary

Pennine Care NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a Clinical Lead for CAMHS to provide leadership, guidance and supervision to two community CAMHS teams across Tameside and Stockport. The post focuses on children and young people with moderate to severe mental health needs, neurodiversity, and learning disabilities.

The role involves developing clinical pathways, leading risk assessment and debriefs, and ensuring high standards of care and collaboration with partner services.

Qualifications

• Significant leadership experience in healthcare teams.
• Experience managing complex clinical cases and high-risk situations.
• Post-registration training or master's level qualification preferred.
• Ability to develop and maintain clinical pathways and partnerships.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical leadership and supervision to CAMHS teams.
• Oversee management of complex cases and ensure rigorous assessments.
• Lead on risk assessment, risk management and incident debriefs.
• Support extended hours and ensure high-quality transitions in/out CAMHS.
