Dorset HealthCare University NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a Senior Clinical Practitioner for the CAMHS service in Dorset. The role involves advanced clinical assessments, formulation development, and delivery of evidence-based interventions for children and young people with complex mental health needs.

You will provide clinical leadership and supervision while supporting service transformation under Thrive principles.

Qualifications

• Postgraduate degree level study or equivalent in a relevant profession.
• Current registration with a professional body (NMC/HCPC/UKCP).
• Experience at Band 6 with young people, families and carers.
• Ability to provide clinical and/or management supervision.
• Experience working in CAMHS and with multidisciplinary teams.

Responsabilités

• Undertake advanced clinical assessments and develop formulations.
• Deliver evidence-based interventions for children and young people with complex needs.
• Provide clinical leadership and oversee patient journey and care planning.
• Deliver individual, group and family interventions with risk assessment and management.
• Supervise and support multidisciplinary colleagues and contribute to service development.
