Dorset HealthCare University NHS Foundation Trust is recruiting for Senior Clinical Practitioners in the CYPMH Dorset pathway. The role involves advanced clinical assessments, formulations and delivering evidence‑based, person‑centred care for children and young people with complex mental health needs, within the i‑Thrive framework.

The post is full‑time with welcome consideration for part‑time hours (minimum 22.5) or job share.

Qualifications

• Advanced clinical assessments and formulation development.
• Delivery of evidence‑based, person‑centred interventions for children and young people with complex mental health needs.
• Clinical leadership and oversight of the patient journey to support timely access and effective care planning.
• Consultation, supervision and professional support to multidisciplinary colleagues.
• Contribution to service development, audits, and transformation activity in line with Thrive principles.

Responsabilités

• Undertake comprehensive risk assessment and management to support safe clinical decision‑making.
• Provide consultation and supervision to multidisciplinary teams across services.
• Support timely access to services and monitor patient flow to address barriers to care.
• Deliver individual, group and family interventions as part of the CMHS/ CYPMH caseload.
