The Dorset HealthCare CYPMH Dorset service is recruiting a Senior Clinical Practitioner to cover Getting Help, Getting More Help and Getting Risk Support quadrants of the i-Thrive model. You will manage a specialist caseload of advanced assessment, risk management and family interventions.

The role involves providing clinical leadership, supervising colleagues, and working with partner agencies to deliver coordinated care within a Thrive-aligned framework.

Competenze

• Postgraduate-level study or equivalent in the relevant profession, plus a core qualification as mental health nurse, social worker, applied psychologist, occupational therapist or equivalent

Mansioni

• Carrying out advanced clinical assessments and developing formulations for children and young people with complex mental health needs
• Providing clinical leadership and oversight of the patient journey to remove barriers to care
• Holding a specialist caseload and delivering individual, group and family interventions
• Undertaking comprehensive risk assessment and management to support safe clinical decision-making
• Providing consultation, clinical supervision and professional support to multidisciplinary colleagues
• Working with partner agencies to deliver coordinated care
• Contributing to Thrive-aligned service development, audit and transformation
• Delivering person-centred care within the i-Thrive framework across quadrants
