EPAM Systems is seeking a Senior Calypso Support Analyst to provide day-to-day application support for the Calypso trading and risk platform. You will work with front, middle, and back-office teams to ensure system stability, timely issue resolution, and effective collaboration across technology groups.

The role requires hands-on Calypso experience, incident/problem management skills, and strong SQL troubleshooting. Open to relocation/travel with a focus on supporting global financial clients.

• Calypso knowledge with hands-on experience.
• Experience handling incident management end-to-end.
• Strong problem-solving and root-cause analysis skills.
• Effective stakeholder communication and management.
• Proficient in writing and troubleshooting SQL queries.

Responsabilidades

• Provide production support for Calypso across trading, risk, settlements, and accounting modules.
• Monitor batch jobs and interfaces using Calypso Scheduler and monitoring tools.
• Investigate incidents, perform root-cause analysis, and escalate as needed.
• Support trade capture, confirmations, settlements, cash management, and reporting workflows.
• Assist with EOD/SOD processes including P&L, risk, and position reconciliation.
• Troubleshoot pricing, valuation, and market data issues with quants and data teams.
• Support interfaces with upstream/downstream systems (Murex, Swift, GL, risk engines).
• Assist with deployments, patching, and environment refreshes; manage user access.
• Mentor and support junior resources on the team.
