Job summary

EPAM Systems is seeking an experienced Senior Calypso Business Analyst to support a Calypso platform upgrade from v18 to v19. You will analyse impact across front, middle, and back-office and coordinate testing.

You will work with business users, perform gap analyses, and liaise with development, QA and infrastructure throughout the upgrade lifecycle, providing post-implementation support.

Qualifications

• Proven BA experience in Calypso environments.
• Experience upgrading Calypso from v18 to v19.
• Strong SQL data analysis and validation skills.
• Good stakeholder management in Agile/Waterfall projects.

Responsibilities

• Analyse functional and technical differences between Calypso v18 and v19 across processes.
• Gather, document, and manage business and functional upgrade requirements.
• Coordinate testing and UAT with business users across front, middle, and back office.
• Support gap analysis and identify changes to workflows and integrations.
• Liaise with development, QA, and infrastructure throughout the upgrade lifecycle.
• Provide post-implementation support and hypercare.
