Qualifications

• 4+ years of calculation implementation experience.
• Strong C# and Visual Studio skills.
• Experience mentoring junior developers.
• Ability to work independently and in teams with stakeholders.
• Excellent problem solving and communication abilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development of complex calculations for individual schemes using predefined calculation templates.
• Mentor junior and mid-level Calculations Coders.
• Review and provide feedback on peers' work to ensure best practices.
• Contribute to continuous improvement across the team (processes and coding practices).
• Tailor calculation logic to scheme rules; set up test cases for scheme calculations.
• Investigate and resolve complex scheme-related issues or change requests.
• Engage in sprint ceremonies and cross-functional meetings; support planning and delivery.
• Collaborate with analysts and admin teams to clarify requirements.
• Use Jira for task management and progress reporting.
