Qualifications

• Proven record of delivering calculation solutions across pensions admin systems.
• Excellent knowledge of DB / DC pension schemes and their calculation requirements.
• Management experience with key stakeholders at all levels.
• Experience in relational databases.
• Demonstrable programming skills in SQL, .NET, or VBA.
• Experience prioritising work and managing a team.

Responsabilités

• Manage and deliver calculation work within a team.
• Understand and improve processes and systems.
• Lead in the delivery of solutions through coding and configuration.
• Support design and implementation of processes for Admin calculations.
• Promote continuous improvement within the team.
