Job Description:

Business Travel Consultant - Touring Specialist - We are seeking an experienced touring or production specialist for this expanding independent company based in the West End. The role offers flexible working arrangements: home-based, hybrid, or office-based, with a salary range of £38,000 to £48,000. The ideal candidate will have previous touring or production experience, knowledge of Sabre (cross-training available), and strong skills in managing entertainment and touring client travel logistics, including air, hotels, ground transport, meet & assist, and private charters, providing full support to clients from start to finish.

Responsibilities include ensuring high levels of service, attention to detail, prioritizing workloads, meeting deadlines, and managing client budgets and requirements. Administrative tasks such as handling accounting queries should be processed promptly and accurately.

Skills and Experience Required:

• Touring or production experience is essential
• Knowledge of Sabre preferred but training will be provided
• Open to candidates based anywhere in the UK
• Flexible working hours, e.g., 9 am to 6 pm or later start/end times
• Strong reissue, ticketing, and refund experience
