Job Description:

Business travel consultant - touring specialist - Required for this expanding independent based in the West End. The role can be home-based, hybrid, or office-based, with a salary between 38k and 48k. Previous touring or production experience is essential, along with ideally Sabre knowledge, although cross-training from another GDS is available.

- Manage entertainment and touring client travel logistics, ensuring the highest level of service at all times.

- Handle air, hotels, ground transport, meet & assist, and private charters from start to finish, providing full dedicated support to all customers using Sabre.

- Maintain a high level of attention to detail in all aspects of the role. Prioritize workload and deliver within deadlines.

- Ensure client budgets and specific requirements are met.

- Process administrative tasks, including accounting queries, promptly and accurately.

Skills required:

• Touring or production experience is essential.
• Sabre knowledge is preferred but cross-training is available.
• Open to candidates based anywhere in the UK.
• Flexible working hours, e.g., 9 am to 6 pm, or later start and finish times are acceptable.
• Strong experience in reissues, ticketing, and refunds.
