Job Description:

We are seeking a Business Travel Consultant - Touring Specialist for an expanding independent agency based in the West End. The role can be home-based, hybrid, or office-based, with a salary between £38,000 and £48,000. Previous touring or production experience is essential, along with ideally some Sabre GDS knowledge, although cross-training is available.

• Manage entertainment and touring client travel logistics, ensuring the highest level of service.
• Handle air, hotel, ground transport, meet & assist, and private charters from start to finish, providing dedicated support using Sabre.
• Maintain high attention to detail, prioritize workload, and meet deadlines.
• Ensure client budgets and specific requirements are met.
• Perform administrative tasks, including handling accounting queries promptly and accurately.

Skills Required:

• Touring or production experience is a must.
• Sabre knowledge is preferred but cross-training is available.
• Open to candidates based anywhere in the UK.
• Flexible working hours, e.g., 9 am to 6 pm or later start/end times.
• Strong reissue, ticketing, and refund experience.
