Job Title: Senior Business Process Administrator

We are seeking an enthusiastic Senior Business Process Administrator to assist in the reliable and timely execution of transversal business processes in a Back Office environment, based at our offices in Alpha Tower, Birmingham City Centre.

How will you CONTRIBUTE and GROW?
  1. Facilitating reliable execution of transversal business processes in a Customer Services Back Office environment.
  2. Ensuring business process performance (e.g., accuracy, speed, output quality) is within acceptable parameters.
  3. Supporting the Invoicing Team with customer service tasks, including creating, downloading, and outsourcing customer invoices.
  4. Dealing with customer requests related to purchase orders and copy invoices.
  5. Creating and amending customer accounts accurately and promptly in the ERP system.
  6. Monitoring multiple Customer Service inboxes to address a wide range of queries.
  7. Executing Back Office Customer Service Administration tasks in a target-driven environment.
  8. Maintaining confident and clear communication skills.
  9. Applying logical problem-solving abilities.
  10. Working effectively under pressure in a target-driven environment.
  11. Utilizing experience with Google Workspace (including Sheets) and Microsoft Office Suite.
  12. Working with ERP SAP system (essential).
