How will you CONTRIBUTE and GROW?

We are seeking an enthusiastic Senior Business Process Administrator to assist the reliable and timely execution of transversal business processes in a Back Office environment, based at our offices in Alpha Tower, Birmingham City Centre.

  1. Facilitating reliable execution of transversal business processes in a Customer Services Back Office environment.
  2. Ensuring business process performance (accuracy, speed of execution, output quality) is within acceptable parameters.
  3. Supporting the Invoicing Team with customer services, including creating, downloading, and outsourcing customer invoices.
  4. Handling customer requests related to Purchase Orders and copy invoices.
  5. Creating customer accounts in ERP system promptly and accurately.
  6. Making timely and accurate amendments to customer accounts in ERP system.
  7. Monitoring multiple Customer Service inboxes to address a wide range of queries.
  8. Executing Back Office Customer Service Administration tasks in a target-driven environment.

  4. Experience with Google Suite (including Sheets).
  5. Experience with Microsoft Office Suite.
