Headquartered in Guangzhou, China, it has laboratories and offices in Guangzhou, Beijing, Shanghai, and California, USA, employing over 1,000 people worldwide. Its business covers over 30 provinces in China, the US, and Europe.

The ideal candidate will lead the business development activities and drive sales in the UK, playing a key role in generating new business. They will also manage marketing and customer service activities.

Responsibilities
  • Prospect and develop new business opportunities within potential and existing customers in the UK;
  • Develop and implement business and regulatory plans for the UK market to meet operational goals;
  • Identify opportunities from marketing leads, communicate, and manage local partners;
  • Report market information to headquarters promptly;
  • Collaborate with departments to establish operational processes for the UK;
  • Enhance brand awareness of the company and its products in the UK;
  • Provide excellent customer service with prompt solutions to inquiries.
Qualifications/Skills
  • At least 2 years of experience in business development or sales in molecular pathology or IVD products;
  • BSc or MSc in Life & Science, Molecular Pathology, Clinical Medicine; MBA or PhD is a plus;
  • Good knowledge of the local molecular pathology market; international and multicultural experience preferred;
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills;
  • Strategic and creative thinking with attention to detail and operational excellence;
  • Energetic and motivated to find new business opportunities quickly;
  • Familiar with selling imported products in Europe;
  • Fluent in English; German language skills are a plus.
