Headquartered in Guangzhou, China, it has laboratories and offices in Guangzhou, Beijing, Shanghai, and California, USA, with over 1,000 employees worldwide. The company's operations span over 30 provinces and autonomous regions in China, the United States, and Europe. We are seeking a candidate to lead business development activities, drive sales, and manage marketing and customer service in the UK market.

Responsibilities

  • Prospect and develop new business opportunities within the UK market;
  • Create and implement business and regulatory plans for the UK, meeting operational objectives;
  • Identify opportunities from marketing leads and manage local business partnerships;
  • Report market information to headquarters promptly;
  • Coordinate with other departments to establish operational processes;
  • Enhance brand awareness of the company and its solutions in the UK;
  • Provide excellent customer service by promptly addressing inquiries.

Qualifications/Skills

  • At least 2 years of experience in business development or sales in molecular pathology or IVD products;
  • BSc or MSc in Life & Science, Molecular Pathology, or Clinical Medicine; MBA or PhD is a plus;
  • Good knowledge of the local molecular pathology market; international experience preferred;
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills;
  • Strategic and creative thinking with attention to detail;
  • Energetic with motivation to find new business opportunities quickly;
  • Familiarity with selling imported products in Europe;
  • Fluent in English; proficiency in German is a plus.
