Its business covers over 30 provinces and autonomous regions in China, the United States, and Europe.

The ideal candidate will lead business development activities and drive sales, playing a key role in generating new business. They will also manage marketing and customer service activities.

Responsibilities
  • Prospect and develop new business opportunities within the UK market;
  • Create business and regulatory plans for the UK and meet operational goals;
  • Identify opportunities from marketing leads and manage local partners;
  • Report market information to headquarters promptly;
  • Coordinate with departments to set up operational processes for the UK;
  • Enhance brand awareness of the company and its products in the UK;
  • Provide excellent customer service with prompt solutions to inquiries.
Qualifications/Skills
  • At least 2 years of experience in business development or sales in molecular pathology or IVD products;
  • BSc or MSc in Life & Science, Molecular Pathology, or Clinical Medicine; MBA or PhD is a plus;
  • Knowledge of the local molecular pathology market; international experience preferred;
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills;
  • Strategic and creative thinking with attention to detail;
  • Motivated to find new business opportunities quickly;
  • Familiar with selling imported products in Europe;
  • Fluent in English; German language skills are a plus.
