Headquartered in Guangzhou, China, it has laboratories and offices in Guangzhou, Beijing, Shanghai, and California, USA, employing over 1,000 people worldwide. The company operates in over 30 provinces and autonomous regions across China, the US, and Europe.

The ideal candidate will lead business development activities, drive sales, and play a key role in generating new business. Responsibilities also include managing marketing and customer service activities.

Responsibilities
  • Prospect and develop new business opportunities within the UK market;
  • Create business and regulatory plans for the UK and meet operational objectives;
  • Manage relationships with local business partners and respond to marketing leads;
  • Report market information to headquarters promptly;
  • Coordinate with other departments to establish operational processes in the UK;
  • Enhance brand awareness of the company and its products in the UK;
  • Provide excellent customer service and prompt solutions to inquiries.
Qualifications/Skills
  • At least 2 years of experience in business development or sales in molecular pathology or IVD products;
  • BSc or MSc in Life & Science, Molecular Pathology, Clinical Medicine, MBA, or PhD is a plus;
  • Knowledge of the local molecular pathology market; international and multicultural experience preferred;
  • Strong communication and presentation skills;
  • Strategic and creative thinking with attention to detail;
  • Energetic and motivated to find new business opportunities quickly;
  • Familiarity with selling imported products in Europe;
  • Fluent in English; German language skills are an advantage.
