Une entreprise spécialisée dans le développement de produits de séquençage de nouvelle génération recherche un responsable du développement commercial au Royaume-Uni. Le candidat idéal dirigera les activités de développement commercial, gérera les ventes, et contribuera à la sensibilisation de la marque. Ce poste est destiné à un professionnel motivé ayant une expérience dans le domaine de la pathologie moléculaire et un excellent sens du service client.

Qualifications

  • Minimum de 2 ans d'expérience dans le développement commercial ou les ventes dans les marchés de pathologie moléculaire.
  • Connaissance du marché de pathologie moléculaire local requise.
  • Fluente en anglais; compétences en allemand sont un plus.

Responsibilities

  • Prospecter et développer de nouvelles opportunités commerciales au sein du marché britannique.
  • Créer des plans d'affaires et réglementaires pour atteindre les objectifs opérationnels.
  • Fournir un excellent service client avec des solutions rapides aux demandes.

The ideal candidate will lead business development activities, drive sales, and play a key role in generating new business. They will also manage marketing and customer service activities.

Responsibilities
  • Prospect and develop new business opportunities within the UK market;
  • Create business and regulatory plans for the UK and achieve operational goals;
  • Identify opportunities from marketing leads and manage local partners;
  • Report market information to headquarters promptly;
  • Coordinate with other departments to establish operational processes in the UK;
  • Build brand awareness in the UK;
  • Provide excellent customer service with prompt solutions to inquiries.
Qualifications/Skills
  • At least 2 years of experience in business development or sales in molecular pathology or IVD markets;
  • BSc or MSc in Life & Science, Molecular Pathology, Clinical Medicine; MBA or PhD is a plus;
  • Good knowledge of the local molecular pathology market; international experience preferred;
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills;
  • Strategic and creative thinking with attention to detail;
  • Energetic and motivated to find new opportunities quickly;
  • Familiar with selling imported products in Europe;
  • Fluent in English; German language skills are a plus.
