We are a growing organisation based in Sheffield, now looking to bring all our Fire & Security services in-house. To achieve this, we are seeking a Senior Business Development Manager to take the lead in setting up, shaping, and driving this new division.

Overview

The Role

  • Lead the development of our in-house Fire & Security offering, building the function from scratch.
  • Define and implement a growth strategy, identifying new opportunities and markets.
  • Develop strong client relationships and secure new contracts.
  • Work closely with senior leadership to establish processes, systems, and a strong operational foundation.
  • Support in building and leading a high-performing Fire & Security team.
About You
  • Proven track record in business development within the Fire & Security sector.
  • Experience in setting up or scaling new services/divisions highly desirable.
  • Strong commercial acumen with the ability to win business and manage client relationships.
  • Ambitious, entrepreneurial mindset with a hands-on approach.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
