Job Description:

Are you an experienced and well-established Senior Business Development Manager, looking to join our thriving Dental team in North of England? We are looking for someone who is proven in their field, can demonstrate clear sales panache and delivers consistent success in driving new business and client management.

We are an organisation that is a 2-star Best Company to work for accreditation, as endorsed by our Team Members, and we are a specialist, award-winning, independent training provider for England and Wales delivering qualifications across the Early Years, Adult Care and Dental sectors for over years.

We are looking for someone who’ll maintain very strong relationships with existing clients whilst also actively driving new business opportunities from a cold start. You will manage and achieve your own personal KPIs and support the Head of Business Development in driving a high-performance culture across the team. In this position, though remote working, you will feel like part of a team with fantastic colleagues around you who offer support and guidance. Inclusion and teamwork are two of many things that we feel are paramount to our continued success. Please note that having a driving licence and access to a vehicle is essential for this position.
