Capital Group in London seeks a high-performing Business Development Associate for the Global Financial Intermediaries team. You will partner with BDMs to manage major strategic accounts, drive engagement across fund selectors, and support initiatives across markets.

The role combines account planning, client engagement, market intelligence, and cross-functional mobilization to grow partnerships with global financial institutions.

Responsibilities

• Support and progressively lead engagement with fund selectors, research teams and investment committees across priority GFI relationships.
• Develop a detailed understanding of client manager selection frameworks, research priorities and due diligence requirements.
• Coordinate responses to information requests and manage pipeline activity within Salesforce.
• Prepare, execute and follow up on client meetings, due diligence sessions and industry events.
• Build relationships with fund selectors, research analysts and senior stakeholders to deepen partnerships.
