Qualifications

• Has a strong marketing and business development background across the legal industry, within a transactional or finance related team.
• A client-led specialist who is able to develop and execute both innovative, and successful, business development and marketing strategies on a global scale.
• Highly collaborative with various stakeholders including fee earners and partners, that is able to articulate key business growth strategies in a compelling way that inspires stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support key business development strategy for the Financial Institutions Group, both in the UK, and internationally, aligning all of the global FIG priorities.
• Managing and enhancing key client relationships globally across core financial institution clients, including investment banks, insurers, asset managers and more, ensuring compelling, and client-focused delivery.
• Overseeing all sector based thought leadership content, events, and campaigns that will be relevant to the firm's target markets, and raise the brands profile in the market.
• Collaborating with colleagues across global practice groups and international offices to identify cross-selling opportunities, and drive seamless client service delivery.
