Are you a strategic rainmaker with deep roots in the hedge funds realm? I am currently seeking a Senior Director of Business Development to spearhead commercial growth within a global financial services firm. This is a high-impact role for a senior professional who thrives in fast-paced environments, builds trusted client relationships, and has a proven ability to drive revenue in the corporate services space.

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive new business origination with hedge fund managers across Europe, focusing on long-term relationship development
• Manage full sales cycle, from initial engagement to contract close, using strategic account planning
• Build trusted partnerships with key stakeholders and operational leads
• Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams
• Promote the full suite of offerings: fund administration, middle office services, ESG reporting, and regulatory compliance
• Leverage Salesforce CRM for pipeline management, data accuracy, and sales performance tracking
• Work closely with SDRs and analytics teams to identify opportunities and accelerate market expansion
• Provide market insights and competitive intelligence to inform both sales strategies and product development

What You Bring:

• Brings 7+ years of sales expertise within fund services, with a strong concentration in the hedge fund industry
• Solid grasp of hedge fund operating models, and awareness of key regulatory frameworks
• Experienced in managing lengthy, consultative sales cycles involving multiple stakeholders
• Fluent in English, with French fluency considered a major asset for regional client engagement
• Demonstrates strong executive communication skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate at the C-suite level
• Detail-oriented and process-driven, with a clear command of CRM systems (preferably Salesforce) to manage pipeline and reporting
• Willing to travel across European markets to support business development efforts
