Senior Business Consultant - Manufacturing Industry

We are currently hiring an experienced Senior Business Consultant to join our EuroNorth region team.

Role Description & Responsibilities

• Collaborate with cross-functional client, partner, and Dassault Systèmes teams throughout engagement cycles, focusing on delivering tangible business value through our Value Engagement framework.
• Develop and implement industry-specific business value perspectives.
• Create Client Value Models aligning business needs with technological enablers.
• Support RFQ and RFP processes, including commercial aspects.
• Lead consulting engagements based on our value engagement framework.
• Organize and facilitate process development workshops, analyzing current processes and designing to-be processes with KPIs, OKRs, and KVIs as needed.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of engineering and manufacturing processes.
• Ability to analyze data, identify business challenges, and determine root causes.
• Proficiency in developing business change cases and capability roadmaps with evidence-based support.
• Skills to formulate recommendations with supporting value evidence.
• Ability to align solutions with the capabilities of the 3DEXPERIENCE platform, collaborating with technical pre-sales and solution architects.
• Assess business architecture for feasibility, value, and risks.
• Develop business change, migration, and deployment strategies.
• Experience working in complex, multi-partner client environments.
