Boeing Digital Aviation Solutions (DAS) is seeking a Business Advisor (Experienced, Senior or Lead) to join our team in Gothenburg, Sweden, Crawley, United Kingdom, or Neu-Isenburg, Germany. DAS offers digital solutions across Flight Operations and Flight Deck operations, helping customers operate more efficiently and sustainably.
The role involves applying deep subject matter expertise in Flight Operations or Flight Deck domains to improve customer operations and drive account growth through DAS solutions. The candidate should understand aviation customer needs, challenges, and business processes, translating these into effective business solutions.
Our Business Consulting Team is global, diverse, and inclusive. The successful candidate will demonstrate agility, strong leadership, excellent program and project management skills, and the ability to simplify complex business landscapes.
This position can be based in Gothenburg, Crawley, or Neu-Isenburg with 25-50% travel, including onsite work and flexible hours to accommodate multiple time zones.
Level 3: 3+ years’ related experience, degree in relevant field, understanding of aviation industry, experience in technical pre-sales, and digital transformation support.
Level 4 (Senior): 5+ years’ experience, similar qualifications, demonstrated customer engagement skills.
Level 5 (Lead): 9+ years’ experience, leadership in customer-facing roles, extensive industry knowledge.
