About the role
We are looking for a highly motivated Senior Business Change Manager to support a business-critical transformation focused on modernising internal operations to enhance end customer experience. This role will play a central part in supporting our third-party implementation partner, engaging and directing internal teams, aligning stakeholders, and building understanding and support across the organization.
