Job summary

SGN is seeking a strategic Business Architect to lead BPM, operating models, and architecture governance. You will drive the enterprise process framework, ensure consistency with BPMN standards, and chair governance forums to foster accountability and continuous improvement.

You will develop and maintain business capability models, value streams, and transformation roadmaps while collaborating with Enterprise Architects to ensure alignment across business and technology domains.

Qualifications

• Significant experience leading Business Architecture, BPM, or related transformation programs.
• Strong governance and stakeholder influencing capabilities.
• Experience developing operating models, value streams and architecture artefacts.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop SGN's BPM function and enterprise process management framework.
• Govern and maintain process standards, methodologies, and process hierarchy.
• Chair process governance forums and drive accountability and continuous improvement.
• Develop operating models, business capabilities and value streams; support transformation roadmaps.
• Maintain alignment of operating models with strategy and enterprise architecture principles.
• Act as custodian of the Business Architecture Repository and ensure artefacts are current.
• Provide leadership across transformation initiatives and contribute to business cases.
