Job summary

SGN is seeking a Business Architect - BPM to lead the BPM function and govern the organisation's process management framework, operating models, and business architecture repository. You will work with business leaders, process owners, architects, and transformation teams to drive process excellence and continuous improvement.

You will shape future operating models, assess the impact of organisational and technology change, and provide business architecture leadership across major change

Qualifications

• Significant experience in Business Architecture, BPM, Transformation or related leadership roles.
• Strong experience developing and governing enterprise process frameworks and repositories.
• Deep understanding of BPMN standards and process governance.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop SGN's BPM function and governing framework.
• Develop operating models, value streams, and governance structures.
