Job summary
Yeovil College is recruiting an Assessor Business Programme Manager to develop the next generation of business professionals. You will coach, assess and support apprentices from enrolment through to Gateway and End Point Assessment, using Smart Assessor to track progress and ensure compliance.

Qualifications
- 3+ years practical experience in the relevant business area.
- Commitment to learner success with ability to set targets and support progress.
- Teaching/assessment qualification or willingness to work towards one.
- Confident digital skills using IT and online portfolio systems.
Responsibilities
- Manage a caseload of 55–75 apprentices, delivering on- and off-the-job training, coaching, assessment and support from enrolment to Gateway and End Point Assessment.
- Create structured learning plans, monitor milestones, conduct progress reviews and ensure training and qualifications are completed and recorded.
