Job summary

Luminate Education Group is seeking an Apprenticeship Assessor/Teacher - Business to support apprentices across Keighley College and Harrogate College. You will deliver teaching, coaching and assessment, manage a caseload, and maintain strong employer relationships to ensure successful apprenticeship outcomes.

Experience in apprenticeship environments and a passion for developing talent are valued, with full support available to gain teaching or assessor qualifications.

Qualifications

• Experience in delivering apprenticeship programmes in Business.
• Ability to coach and assess against apprenticeship standards.
• Strong stakeholder management with employers and learners.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality teaching, coaching and assessment across Business apprenticeship standards.

You will guide learners throughout their apprenticeship journey, helping them develop the knowledge, skills and behaviours needed to succeed in the workplace and achieve their qualifications.As a key member of the team, you will manage a caseload of apprentices, conduct workplace and online reviews, assess progress against apprenticeship standards and build strong relationships with employers to ensure a positive learner experience and successful outcomes.We welcome applications from experienced apprenticeship professionals, teachers, trainers and business professionals who have relevant industry experience and a passion for developing talent.
