Job summary

Jobtailor is seeking a Senior Business Analyst to lead requirements elicitation across underwriting stakeholders, map and improve key processes, and produce standard BA artefacts for London market initiatives.

You will create user stories, maintain traceability, facilitate workshops, and sign-off records, working independently within a collaborative project team.

Qualifications

• Proven track record as a Senior Business Analyst on insurance or underwriting-related change programmes, ideally within Lloyd's / London Market
• Strong generalist BA skillset: stakeholder workshops, requirements elicitation, process mapping, and translation of business needs into clear documentation
• Confident engaging directly with business stakeholders and able to work independently within a wider project team
