TP ICAP is seeking a Senior Business Analyst for the Communications Surveillance team in Belfast. You will drive regulatory change across the surveillance estate, coordinating with Compliance, Legal and Technology to define requirements and deliver solutions.

Experience in a regulated financial services environment, cloud familiarity and strong communication skills are essential for guiding projects from design through testing and rollout.

Qualifikationen

• Solid business analysis experience delivering technology change in regulated environments.
• Strong requirements elicitation, process mapping and stakeholder management skills.
• Deep understanding of regulatory obligations relating to communications recording, surveillance and data retention.

Aufgaben

• Lead business analysis across Communications Surveillance initiatives from requirements gathering to deployment and decommissioning of legacy tech.
• Partner with Compliance, Legal, Operations and Tech teams to implement regulatory solutions.
• Drive delivery of strategic projects including Voice Surveillance enhancements and data migration.
• Translate requirements into user stories and technical deliverables with clear acceptance criteria.
• Investigate data integrity issues, perform root cause analysis and drive remediation.
• Support surveillance platforms as a primary user contact and cross-functional liaison.
• Coordinate testing activities to ensure regulatory and operational outcomes.
• Manage risks, issues, dependencies and stakeholder communications across multiple initiatives.
• Support roadmap development and quarterly planning for the surveillance technology estate.
• Contribute to governance, controls and regulatory compliance processes.
