Job summary

Qualifications

• Understanding of the full project lifecycle from requirements to delivery.
• Experience as a Business Analyst in Financial Services Technology, ideally in Agile.
• Experience in technology or financial services environments with strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct Business Analysis on Technology projects within commodities and energy product areas.
• Produce clear documentation to agreed standards to effectively communicate project requirements.
• Agree documented user requirements with business and IT stakeholders; lead requirement workshops.
• Monitor risks, issues, and dependencies on analysis and requirements work.
• Support Project Manager with status updates and project coordination.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to validate requirements and ensure alignment.
