Qualifications

• Proficiency in Excel and data analysis tools.
• Familiarity with business processes and requirements modelling.
• BI experience (Power BI/Tableau) is an advantage.
• Good command of English and strong communication within teams.

Responsibilities

• Analyse business processes and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Gather, document, and formalise business requirements.
• Support design of functional and operational solutions.
• Prepare functional documentation and analytical reports.
• Collaborate with IT, Data, Marketing, and Operations teams.
• Monitor process performance and define KPIs.
• Support strategic decision-making through data analysis.
