Job summary

NFP, part of the Aon group, is hiring a Business Analyst to support our Technology team in the UK & Ireland. You will act as the functional expert, translate business needs into requirements, and help shape cases for delivery across financial services systems.

You will work with stakeholders, define acceptance criteria, create user stories, and support testing, readiness, and adoption while ensuring regulatory, data protection and risk controls are considered.

Qualifications

3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst.
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience in appropriate field of study.
Experience in a software development environment.
Demonstrable experience with use case diagrams and process flow creation.
Experience handling multiple projects and deadlines.

Responsibilities

Understand business initiatives, strategic plans and platform architecture to support project execution.
Collaborate with project partners to detail clear business requirements.
Define acceptance criteria, test scenarios and user acceptance testing plans.
Work with developers to refine requirements considering technical constraints.
Support backlog refinement and agile delivery ceremonies.
Ensure regulatory, data protection and audit requirements are considered in analysis.
