Job summary

NFP, part of the Aon group, is seeking a Business Analyst to join its UK&I technology team. The role focuses on shaping business requirements, translating needs into BRs/user stories, and supporting delivery within a regulated financial services context.

You’ll work with stakeholders and IT to ensure value, governance and customer outcomes. The ideal candidate has 3+ years of BA experience, strong communication, and familiarity with Agile practices.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Business Analyst in a software development environment.
• Ability to translate business needs into BRs or user stories.
• Experience with data flows, data protection, and regulatory considerations in financial services.
