Job summary

NFP, an Aon company, is hiring a Business Analyst to join its growing Technology team in the UK. You will partner with business stakeholders to shape requirements, translate needs into BR specifications and user stories, and support delivery across systems.

You will ensure regulatory, data protection, and audit considerations are integrated into business analysis, readiness, adoption and post‑implementation reviews.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst.
• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent in a related field.
• Experience in a software development environment.
• Experience with use case diagrams and process flow creation.
• Experience in insurance domain systems, desirable.

Responsibilities

• Understand business initiatives and platform architecture to support project execution.
• Define project scope and detail clear business requirements with partners.
• Evaluate how system changes affect workflows, data and reporting.
• Collaborate with business, tech teams and partners to optimize processes across platforms.
• Support backlog refinement, sprint planning and agile ceremonies.
• Document as‑is and to‑be process flows for the team.
• Clarify requirements with developers and provide ongoing business support.
