Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst
• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience in appropriate field of study
• Experience in a software development environment
• Experience with use case diagrams and process flow creation
• Experience handling multiple projects and deadlines
• Experience in product support in a professional setting (preferred)
• Previous experience in Insurance domain with Acturis/Open GI (desirable)

Responsabilités

• Define and translate business needs into BRDs or user stories
• Specify acceptance criteria and test plans
• Collaborate with business and technology teams to shape requirements
• Support system integrations, data migration and third‑party implementations
• Facilitate backlog refinement, sprint planning and agile ceremonies
• Assist with project scope, value realization and change impact assessments
• Ensure regulatory, data protection and audit considerations are incorporated
