Job summary

Experis UK seeks an experienced Senior Business Analyst to support a programme focused on business processes, operational workflows, data flows, and IT systems.

You will lead workshops, map end-to-end processes, and analyze how data is created, used, and transferred between systems. This role also involves documenting interfaces and data ownership across operations, quality, and IT teams. Experience in validated environments (CSV) and URS/FRS is essential.

• Strong documentation of system interfaces, data flows, and ownership models.
• Knowledge of URS/FRS and traceability in validated environments (CSV).

Responsibilities

• Lead workshops to capture and document business processes and system interactions.
• Create end-to-end process maps for operational, quality, and technology workflows.
• Analyse data creation, usage, review, approval and transfer across systems.
• Document interfaces, integrations, dependencies, and manual touchpoints across the landscape.
• Produce clear and structured business, user, and functional requirements.
• Identify ownership gaps across systems, processes, and data domains.
