Job summary

Standard Life plc is recruiting a highly experienced Business Analyst to join the Pensions & Savings Change team in the UK. You will work across multiple business areas, shaping and managing requirements to deliver strategic outcomes within a complex programme.

Operating with a high degree of autonomy, you will build strong stakeholder relationships, maintain traceability, support testing and drive readiness for change across workstreams. Flexible working options are discussed during recruitment.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Business Analysis or equivalent (BCS Diploma, IIBA Certifications).
• Knowledge across Standard Life products, processes, and systems.
• Experience of regulatory change and working with third parties would be beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Clarify, challenge and shape business needs to maximise value and ensure requirements support integration outcomes.
• Capture, analyse and document business requirements clearly for stakeholders and partners.
• Define and manage end-to-end scope for project workstreams with governance of changes.
• Maintain traceability from definition to solution development, testing and handover to BAU.
• Support solution development by engaging stakeholders and shaping solutions.
• Conduct business impact assessments across processes, systems and operating models.
• Facilitate collaboration across business, technology and third-party teams to align with objectives.
• Analyse change requests, risks and dependencies with clear recommendations.
• Support testing and UAT to ensure fit-for-purpose solutions.
• Drive business readiness, implementation planning and post-implementation support.
• Produce high-quality analysis artefacts and apply methods to support programme delivery.
