Job summary

Standard Life is seeking a highly experienced Business Analyst to join the Pensions & Savings Change team. You will shape and manage requirements across multiple workstreams, ensuring traceability and alignment with strategic outcomes.

Operating within a complex environment, you will support solution development, testing, business readiness and transition to BAU, while navigating regulatory changes and third-party dependencies to deliver lasting value.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering business analysis in large-scale transformation programmes.
• Diploma in Business Analysis or equivalent (e.g. BCS Diploma, IIBA certifications).
• Knowledge of Standard Life products, processes and systems.
• Experience with regulatory change and working with third parties would be beneficial.

• Clarify, challenge and shape business needs to maximise value and ensure requirements align with outcomes.
• Capture, analyse and document business requirements with stakeholders and suppliers.
• Define end-to-end scope for project workstreams and manage changes with governance.
• Maintain traceability from definition through to solution, testing and handover.
• Support solution development, testing, business readiness and transition to BAU.
• Conduct business impact assessments across processes, systems and operating models.
• Facilitate collaboration across business, technology and third-party teams.
