Purpose

The Business Analyst will lead analysis activities to design and deliver effective solutions to key business needs. Working closely with stakeholders, you’ll define requirements, evaluate solution options, and support end-to-end delivery. You’ll also coach others in problem‑solving and process improvement, applying agile methods and best practices to deliver high‑impact outcomes.

Key Accountabilities

• Lead business analysis to deliver impactful solutions that drive real value.

• Partner with Product Owners, SMEs, and delivery teams to design practical, innovative solutions.
• Provide clear, data‑driven insights to guide smart decisions and highlight key impacts.
• Identify risks and support smooth implementation of change initiatives.
• Mentor and coach teams to strengthen analytical, problem‑solving, and design skills.
• Champion best practices to ensure consistent, high‑quality outcomes across projects.

What we’re looking for

• Proven experience in Financial Services, especially pensions, with knowledge of Bulk Purchase Annuities (BPA) or Pension Risk Transfer (PRT).

• Experienced in Agile business analysis, solution design, and risk management.

• Business analysis, product owner, project and change management related professional qualifications – desirable.
