Job summary

Michael Page is supporting a global organisation undergoing a significant transformation programme and is seeking an experienced Senior Business Analyst from Manufacturing, Engineering or R&D backgrounds. You will analyse processes, gather requirements and map workflows across product development and PLM domains.

You will facilitate workshops, collaborate with technical teams, and deliver insights to enable system enhancements.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in a business analyst role working in Product Development.
• New Product Development (NPD).
• Product Lifecycle Management (PLM).
• Requirements gathering and process mapping.
• Stakeholder management across technical and business teams.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to gather and document business requirements effectively.
• Experience collaborating with technical teams and stakeholders.
• Proficiency in creating process maps and workflows.
• Excellent communication and facilitation skills.
• Knowledge of relevant industry standards and practices.
