What Is the Opportunity?

We are seeking a Senior Business Analyst to join the Strategic Planning and Execution team to support the change portfolio. Responsibilities include detailed requirements analysis, process documentation, and supporting communication of business needs. The role offers hybrid working arrangements and a referral bonus opportunity.

What Will You Do?

• Gather, analyze, document, validate, and communicate business requirements
• Work independently to ensure comprehensive understanding of requirements
• Communicate insights effectively across teams and management
• Ensure solutions align with business needs
• Perform user acceptance testing
• Conduct analyses to resolve operational issues
• Identify and track benefits
• Mentor junior team members
• Assist project manager with deliverables
• Liaise on project and task planning
• Perform additional duties as assigned

What Will Our Ideal Candidate Have?

• Experience with agile tools (Rally, Jira)
• Understanding of the software development lifecycle
• Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Excellent presentation and report writing skills
• Ability to document processes accurately

• ISEB Diploma in Business Analysis or equivalent
