Job summary

You will work with stakeholders to ensure the successful delivery of continuous improvements, new products and functionality, and implement change across the department aligned with strategic goals.

The role involves leading options analysis, creating high-quality user stories for front-end web and mobile app solutions, mentoring junior staff, and presenting findings to the business.

Qualifications

• Ability to model processes, data and system interactions.
• Define and manage requirements across design, build and test phases.
