• 5+ years' experience as a Business Analyst on large, complex initiatives.
• Strong experience across requirements planning, elicitation, analysis and management.
• Comfortable working across Waterfall, Iterative and Agile delivery environments.

• Leading requirements planning, stakeholder analysis and prioritisation.
• Facilitating complex workshops and collaborative sessions with diverse stakeholder groups.
• Eliciting and documenting business and system requirements using enterprise standards.
