Job summary

Goodwood is seeking a Senior Business Analyst to join our Technology team on a full-time, office-based basis from the Goodwood Estate.

You\'ll help shape how our systems and processes support the guest experiences we deliver across the Estate, working on projects including a new CRM implementation, a Property Management System replacement, a Business Central/ERP upgrade and ongoing Microsoft 365 development.

Qualifications

• Prior experience as Senior Business Analyst on systems change or transformation projects.
• Strong requirements gathering and process mapping experience.
• Experience designing architecture diagrams and mapping system relationships.
• Experience with third-party suppliers and technology partners.
• Knowledge of data migration and systems implementation projects.
• Excellent communication with stakeholders at all levels.
• Familiarity with Microsoft 365 in business environments.
• Experience using AI tools to support analysis or process improvement.
• Full manual driving licence.

Responsibilities

• Gather, document and prioritise business requirements.
• Map current processes and identify improvement opportunities.
• Design future ways of working with stakeholders across the business.
• Support major systems projects and implementations.
• Work with suppliers and partners to identify solutions.
• Support data migration activities and validation.

• Drive user adoption and ensure long-term value from implementations.
